Directions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a medium baking dish (about 20 cm / 8-inch square) with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chopped shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.
- Add cooked shrimp, crab meat, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, cayenne (if using), lemon juice, and green onions. Mix gently.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden.
- Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a crisp, golden top. Watch closely to avoid burning.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
