Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a medium baking dish (about 20 cm / 8-inch square) with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  5. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.
  6. Add cooked shrimp, crab meat, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, cayenne (if using), lemon juice, and green onions. Mix gently.
  7. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden.
  9. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a crisp, golden top. Watch closely to avoid burning.
  10. Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
