  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (6 g)

  • ¾ cup heavy cream (180 ml)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (25 g)
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (15 ml)
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional, 1 g)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley or chives (4 g)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
