Directions
- Make the Lobster Filling
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Gently fold in chopped lobster. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Prepare the Biscuits
- If using canned biscuits: Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
- If using homemade biscuits:
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Rub in cold butter until crumbly.
- Add cold milk and mix until dough forms.
- Cut into 8–10 biscuits.
- Stuff & Shape
- Place 1–2 tablespoons of lobster filling in the center of each biscuit.
- Pinch the dough around the filling to seal.
- Place seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake
- Brush lightly with garlic butter.
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown.
- Finish
- Brush generously with remaining garlic butter.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley and a pinch of paprika on top.
- Serve warm immediately.
