Directions

  1. Make the Lobster Filling
    • Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat.
    • Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
    • Stir in cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
    • Gently fold in chopped lobster. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the Biscuits
    • If using canned biscuits: Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
    • If using homemade biscuits:
      1. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
      2. Rub in cold butter until crumbly.
      3. Add cold milk and mix until dough forms.
      4. Cut into 8–10 biscuits.
  3. Stuff & Shape
    • Place 1–2 tablespoons of lobster filling in the center of each biscuit.
    • Pinch the dough around the filling to seal.
    • Place seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake
    • Brush lightly with garlic butter.
    • Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Finish
    • Brush generously with remaining garlic butter.
    • Sprinkle chopped parsley and a pinch of paprika on top.
    • Serve warm immediately.
