Ingredients
For the burger patty

- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
For the lobster topping
- 4 oz (115 g) cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter (15 g)
For assembling the burger

- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (15 g)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
