Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the baby potatoes and cook for about 10–12 minutes, until just fork-tender.
  2. Add the corn pieces and sausage slices to the pot. Continue boiling for another 5 minutes so the flavors begin to mingle.
  3. Stir in 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, paprika, and black pepper. Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes, just until they turn pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook.
  4. Drain everything carefully and transfer to a large serving tray or baking sheet. Scatter lemon slices over the top.
  5. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
  6. Stir in lemon juice, hot sauce (if using), and the remaining Cajun seasoning. Let the sauce simmer gently for 1–2 minutes to deepen the flavor.
  7. Pour the warm garlic butter sauce generously over the shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage. Toss gently until everything is well coated and glossy.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately while hot.
