Ingredients
For the salad
- 2 cups (200 g) bowtie pasta or small pasta of choice, cooked and cooled
- 2 cups (200 g) imitation crab meat (surimi), chopped
- 1 cup (100 g) cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup (120 g) carrots, peeled and chopped
- ¼ cup (40 g) red onion, finely diced (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the creamy dressing
- ¾ cup (180 g) mayonnaise
- ¼ cup (60 g) sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
