Directions

  1. Pat the steak and shrimp dry and season lightly with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Drying the proteins ensures they sear beautifully instead of steaming.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the steak slices and cook 2–3 minutes per side until browned but still juicy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the steak.
  4. Add the onion and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until they’re tender-crisp and slightly caramelized. Add garlic and red pepper flakes in the last minute of cooking to release their aroma.
  5. Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Toss everything gently to coat in the sauce and heat through for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or a splash more lemon juice for brightness. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top before serving.
  7. Serve immediately, while sizzling and fragrant, for a colorful and satisfying plate.
