Ingredients
For the Shrimp
- 250–300 g shrimp, peeled & deveined (9–10 oz)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
- ½ tsp paprika (1 g)
- ½ tsp chili powder (1 g)
- ½ tsp garlic powder (1 g)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Squeeze of lime
For the Mango Salsa
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- ½ red onion, finely chopped (50 g)
- ½ red bell pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1–2 tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley (4–8 g)
- Juice of ½ lime (15 ml)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: ½ jalapeño or chili, finely chopped
For the Lime-Chili Sauce
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayonnaise (45 ml)
- 1 tbsp lime juice (15 ml)
- ½ tsp chili flakes or hot sauce (1 g)
- ½ tsp honey (2 g)
- Pinch of salt
For the Bowls
