Ingredients

For the Shrimp

  • 250–300 g shrimp, peeled & deveined (9–10 oz)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
  • ½ tsp paprika (1 g)
  • ½ tsp chili powder (1 g)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (1 g)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Squeeze of lime

For the Mango Salsa

  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped (50 g)
  • ½ red bell pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1–2 tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley (4–8 g)
  • Juice of ½ lime (15 ml)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: ½ jalapeño or chili, finely chopped

For the Lime-Chili Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayonnaise (45 ml)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (15 ml)
  • ½ tsp chili flakes or hot sauce (1 g)
  • ½ tsp honey (2 g)
  • Pinch of salt

For the Bowls

  • Cooked rice, quinoa, or salad greens (about 2 cups / 300 g)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
  • Cucumber slices
  • Extra lime wedges
