- ½ lb (225 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup (150 g) cooked lobster meat, chunks
For the cheese sauce
- 3 tbsp flour (24 g)
- 2 cups milk (480 ml)
- 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (200 g)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (100 g)
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated (50 g)
- ½ tsp paprika (1 g)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
